We’ll work with you to create the right sales program in your CRM and teach your OSC how to be its champion for years to come.

Our Program Design and Installation is the full-service set up you need and can be paired with an ongoing residency. We’ll work hand-in-hand to determine your OSC program needs from lead volume to scheduling and processes. Every detail will be set up for you and your newly minted OSC, ready to hit the ground running.

Our Day Camp programs offer live, one-on-one singular training topics ranging from core competencies to advanced skillsets, all of which are essential for maintaining an online sales program. 

This is not a self-paced learning system.  We're focused on getting to know you and ensuring the curriculum sticks.

The Primary Competencies for an OSC are vital to our role and often there may be one area an OSC needs support in. Each of our Primary Competency courses can be completed individually or as part of a complete program and include:

Trailblazers

Our Trailblazer Courses are designed for seasoned OSCs who need support in technical or advanced skillsets in order to carve a path forward for their organization. Each course is tailored to your organization’s current set up and sales process. Topics include:

  • The Discovery Scout: An Extended Look into The Discovery Process
  • The Realtor Scout: Building Strong Processes and Relationships with Your Realtor Community

Our Explorer Courses are designed for seasoned and technically skilled OSCs who are ready to take the next step in managing their sales tools through an administrative lens. Admin access to your system must be provided. Topics include:

Residency

Managing an online sales concierge takes a little more than sales knowledge – it takes practical time in the seat and application of technical skills. Our residency programs include both sides of the puzzle: strategic management of your Online Sales Concierge and technical program management providing contact hours for CRM upkeep and sales tool maintenance, ensuring your systems are set up to keep you operating competitively.

How does it work?

We always begin by assessing what you currently have. Understanding your baseline helps us build what you need. Once determined what the right-sized program looks like for you in the long term, we’ll address any up front refresher trainings that need to be completed and set our goals for what we expect to see in the long run. If your systems need an update, we’ll take care of that too.

Once the program is set up for success, it’s time for ongoing management and oversight.

Learn About Our Lite Package

Designed for a single OSC, this package includes 4 OSC encounter hours and 8 technical hours each month to be utilized on the upkeep of your sales systems. Think CRM data management, the occasional sales team member OSC orientation, system integrations and more. Your OSC will also get access to our network of OSCs for peer interaction and support.

We’ll include monthly reporting and review of the program for your leadership team based on your company goals and needs.

Our elite packaging is designed for teams of OSCs.
