Our Program Design and Installation is the full-service set up you need and can be paired with an ongoing residency. We’ll work hand-in-hand to determine your OSC program needs from lead volume to scheduling and processes. Deployment

Deploying your new sales tool requires a trained eye for sales strategy combined with the understanding of the technical capability of your program. Set up fees for using these tools are inevitable but in order to get all you need from there, you need an advocate who knows the business of home building and can tailor it to your unique needs. Our deployments are designed and implemented with your internal operations in mind.

Fractional OSC

Whether you're not ready for a full time OSC or you need some additional support for your current team, our Fractional OSC service provides Monday-Friday OSC programming based on closing and lead volume. This is a great fit for trades, small custom builders, realtors, or businesses looking to get a handle on their sales pipeline. Fractional OSC services are limited based on availability and require a 90-day commitment.
