Sometimes we need a little direction to figure out what’s not working. A fresh pair of eyes whose focus are on the customer experience will often see what we can’t. Assessment is always the first step in our process to determining what’s needed. Each of our assessments come with a full analysis and one review session.

Residency

Running and managing an OSC program as well as keeping up the maintenance and technical side of all of your sales tools is a big ask. Our residency programs offer both in a holistic approach. The OSC is the center of your digital sales process, let’s make sure we keep it running the way it needs to. Residencies include fractional team management and technical support hours.

Do I have to sign an annual contract for these services?

Nope. We recognize that sometimes you just need outside feedback. We've designed all of our services as a la carte - based on where you're at right now. 

What if I'm not an OSC, can I still work with you?

We often start our relationship with managers, owners, and sales leaders. While we take the lense of the OSC as our starting point, our approach to the sales funnel benefits all departments. We work with trades and anyone who offers services directly to their customers. 

How much time do I need to set aside?

What's important to note? We get that real life happens, so we've created clauses that respect everyone's time. 

 

What if I don't agree with what you present?
